From polishing to the finish inside
Every material asks for its own way of working.A good product without technique becomes a risk.
Technical polishing
Cutting, refining and mirror finish with an orbital polisher. Restores deep shine and paint uniformity.
Clay bar decontamination
Removes bonded paint and roughness that washing cannot. Essential after a shop visit.
Paint revitalization
For aged, dull or stained paint. The aircraft looks new again without the cost of a repaint.
Interior cleaning
Cabin, upholstery, carpets and seat belts. What the captain and passengers notice first.
Paint protection
High performance wax finish that extends the polishing result and makes the next clean easier.
Leather treatment
Cleaning and conditioning of the seats. The Mato Grosso sun dries out leather, and reupholstering costs far more.
How I work
Before the shine comes the process
Polishing has three stages and none of them can be skipped.I learned that over 40 years, getting it wrong and getting it right.
Cutting
Orbital polisher with a lollipop pad and a solvent-based compound. It cleans the surface and prepares the material.
Refining
Fine adjustment of every detail, removing the marks the cutting stage left.
Mirror finish
Wax polishing. This is where the shine comes, and the clear coat gets its protection.
Why it matters
