Some people do not fly aircraft, but they make aviation happen.
I have worked with aircraft detailing for more than 40 years. Along the way I learned that there is no excellent result without technique.
The airport taught me more than any classroom. It is in the middle of the hangar, in the heat, with the noise of tools, that a manicaca learns: listening, making mistakes, asking questions and growing.
I have seen many young people arrive here knowing nothing. Today they are flying high. And it started right here, in a simple moment, listening to a story.
A well cared for aircraft does not only draw attention in the air. It commands respect on the ground.

Every material demands the right technique, the right dwell time and the ability to read the surface. A simple mistake can stain or damage what is expensive to replace.

I respect the captains who take control up there, and I do my part down here so they find a machine worthy of it.
